The system of long racks (also called Cantilever Racks) is an excellent way to efficiently and economically store long goods (pipes, plates, profiles, bars) whose length exceeds the available lengths of traverses in other racking systems, e.g. pallet racks.

The idea of the system is to evenly distribute goods of various lengths on the support arms, which can reach a maximum of 2500 mm. The distance between individual supports depends on the planned load, which can be up to 2,500 kg on one arm, and the stiffness of the stored elements. The height of the shelf can reach up to 9000 mm.

The arms of the shelf are secured with locks, two pieces per frame. Thanks to this design, they are movable sideways and up, which protects the shelf and the stored goods against possible damage. The suspension system of the brackets ensures quick assembly and disassembly.

The load capacity of the shelf is recalculated each time according to the customer's needs.

The stiffness of the entire structure is ensured by bracings and transoms that are attached between the rack columns.

At the customer's request, we can equip the end of the bracket with an element that prevents the goods from sliding out of the shelf.

The entire shelf structure is hot powder coated with polyester-epoxy paint in RAL 5015 (other colors are also available).

We offer shelves in two versions: single-sided and double-sided cantilever shelves.
